This Privacy Policy describes how PND AI ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the PND AI Photo Enhancer HD mobile application (the "App") on iOS or Android. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about our data practices.
Your photos are processed only on our own servers. PND AI does NOT share, transmit, or send user photos to any third-party AI service, external company, or third-party AI API. All AI image enhancement is performed exclusively on our own self-hosted infrastructure.
When you choose to enhance a photo, the photo is uploaded over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher) to our own server at pndai.store. This server is a dedicated physical server leased and operated solely by PND AI. The photo is processed by our proprietary, self-hosted AI model running entirely on our own infrastructure.
We do NOT use, route through, or share photo data with any of the following:
Uploaded photos and processed results are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of upload. We do not store, sell, share, or use your photos for AI training, advertising, profiling, or any other purpose beyond returning the enhanced result to you.
The first time you attempt to enhance a photo, the App displays an explicit consent dialog disclosing that the photo will be uploaded to our server. You must tap "Agree & Continue" before any photo is uploaded. You can revoke this consent at any time from the Settings screen inside the App.
The App uses standard third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting on both iOS and Android. None of these SDKs receive, access, or process your photos. They only receive non-photo data such as anonymous device identifiers and standard analytics events.
| SDK | Platform | Purpose | Data Received |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | iOS & Android | Display advertisements (banner, interstitial, rewarded) | Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / AAID on Android, only with user permission), ad interaction events, device model, OS version, approximate location (country-level) |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | iOS & Android | Anonymous usage analytics | Anonymous app usage events, device model, OS version, app version, session duration |
| Firebase Crashlytics | iOS & Android | Crash reporting for app stability | Anonymous crash logs, stack traces, device model, OS version |
| Google Play Services | Android only | Required infrastructure for AdMob and Firebase | Standard Google Play Services data (per Google's policy) |
For details on how Google handles this data, see Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy Information.
iOS — App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On first launch, the App requests your permission to track you across apps and websites for personalized advertising via Apple's ATT framework. You may grant or decline this permission at any time from Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Android — Advertising ID: The App uses the Google Advertising ID (AAID) for personalized ads via AdMob. You may opt out of personalized advertising or reset your Advertising ID at any time from Settings > Google > Ads. On Android 13 and above, you can also delete the Advertising ID entirely.
If you decline tracking permission on either platform, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
Exception: if you choose to sign in with your Google account, we collect your email, name and profile picture as described in section 3.
All data transmission between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). Our servers are protected by industry-standard security measures including firewalls, access controls, and regular security audits.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
